Title: Anne Frank
Author: Anne Frank
Date started: September 1, 2016
Date finished: September 22 , 2016
Pages read:268 Pages Read
My rating: 8 out of 10
How the book unfolded: After about two years of hiding in the " secret annexe ", Anne Frank and her family who consisted of Otto Frank(father),Margarot Frank (sister), and Edith Frank(mother) accompanied by Hermann Van Dann( father's co worker) and his wife, Augeste Van Dann, and a good friend Albert Dussel were cooped up in a tiny attic in his father's work building. They were hiding from Germany and we're hoping that they wouldn't be found. But unfortunately they were found and taken to concentration camps were they were separated and never saw each other again. The only survivor was Otto Frank. All others were killed. I think that this was the most sad book that I have ever read.
Author's purpose: I think that the author's pour pose was to inform readers about the time era and the horrible events going on at the time.
Intended audience:Anyone who is interested in history especially in the interest of World War Two.
